Pair of Peacock armchairs from the 70s

Description
Peacock armchair
Peacock style armchairs of exceptional quality, design and preserved in perfect condition.
Also known as “Emmanuelle” due to its appearance in the famous film, it became an aesthetic reference for furniture in the 1970s. Its design comes from 19th century French Polynesia. Its exotic and artisanal appearance conquered European and American homes to this day.
Its name comes from the shape of its king-size backrest , which imitates the tail of a peacock. In addition, its hand-woven weaving incorporates shades of darker canes, which gives it a very original and different chromatic interplay. The wide arms and the large backrest make it a very comfortable and welcoming seat.
Two armchairs available. An amazing set, perfect for your terrace or garden. An icon of design and popular culture, pure craftsmanship and exclusivity with a boho touch perfect for your room.
