Description
OCELLUS sconce was designed for the Mol collection by Mexican artist Isabel Moncada.
Some insects have eye-like spots between their actual eyes. Their purpose is to scare away their prey or attract a potential mate. Ocellus is the name of this lure. It uses a low-watt LED light that lasts up to 18 years and saves 90% of energy consumption.
Cast polished bronze body, with three blown glass globes and brass fittings.
All of Isabel Moncada's lighting is UL (Underwriters Laboratories) certified, which ensures a high standard of safety and quality.
Light Source: E12 LED 2700K 7.5W 110-240V 210 lm.
Warm white, vintage style and dimmable.
Indoor use only.
Bio:
Isabel Moncada is a Mexican designer and artist who specializes in the design of lighting and utilitarian art made in her own workshop in Mexico. Through exploring and finessing traditional manufacturing techniques, Isabel has developed her own mechanisms and transformed materials to develop her designs and engrave her personal style. -
