Description
Mexican artist Isabel Moncada.
Maratus gets its name from a spider that displays an extravagant peacock-like tail to hypnotize prey with its mesmerizing pattern. In a subtly disorganized way, it is circular and symmetric, so it looks great over round tables of regular size. It uses a low-watt LED light that lasts up to 18 years and saves 90% of energy consumption.
Polished cast bronze pieces, 12 lights with hand made porcelain globes, turned brass hardware and rayon sheathed electric cord.
All of Isabel Moncada's lighting is UL (Underwriters Laboratories) certified, which ensures a high standard of safety and quality.
Light Source: E12 LED 2700K 30W 110-240V 210 lm.

Isabel Moncada is a Mexican designer and artist who specializes in the design of lighting and utilitarian art made in her own workshop in Mexico. Through exploring and finessing traditional manufacturing techniques, Isabel has developed her own mechanisms and transformed materials to develop her designs and engrave her personal style. -
