Denis O'Regan is a renowned English photographer celebrated for his iconic imagery associated with the punk movement and influential artists like Queen, David Bowie, and Duran Duran. His extensive portfolio includes photographing a diverse range of musicians, from AC/DC to ZZ Top, while documenting the evolution of Punk, New Romanticism, Grunge, and Heavy Metal.
O'Regan has toured extensively across Europe, the U.S., and beyond, serving as the official photographer for major events such as Live Aid and the Concert for Diana. He has accompanied legendary acts like David Bowie, Duran Duran, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Queen, Kiss, Neil Diamond, the Bee Gees, Pink Floyd, and Thin Lizzy.
With his work widely published and exhibited, O'Regan holds the distinction of having photographed David Bowie and Duran Duran more than any other photographer, capturing over 200 concerts by Bowie alone. In 2021, he was honored as the first Artist in Residence at London's Royal Albert Hall, further solidifying his legacy in the music and photography worlds.
