Description
On offer for your consideration we have a wonderful piece of Austria 1920's Art Deco ceramic bowl.
This center piece bowl is supported by four stylized elephants designed by Walter Bosse in the 1920's for Scheibbs company in Austria.
The Scheibbs company worked for awhile with the Wienner Werkstätte and several of there designers like Josef Hoffman, Michael Powolny, Gudrum Baudish, Lotte Calm and Walter Bosse.
The bowl is in a rich celadon with a black metallic glaze, model No.257, made in Austria. -
