Rare and important Fireside sofa by Pierre Jeanneret c. 1960s, Model PJ-SI-36-A. This example has a carefully washed and polished compass leg teak legs and a off-white cowhide upper.
These exceptional pieces are authentic artifacts sourced directly from Chandigarh, India. Each item has been meticulously washed and polished to enhance its natural beauty, while the cowhide upholstery and cushioning are new to ensure lasting comfort and durability. The character of the wood, with its inherent wear and strong patina, attests to its age and craftsmanship, complemented by the original mid-century teak base.
