Custom Florence Knoll Teakwood Nightstands Model 575, for Knoll Associates, USA, 1955
These exquisite nightstands were custom designed for architect John Hejduk’s interior 1968. They feature sleek teak cases with a cutout reveal for easy access, supported by chrome-plated steel that connects to the wall, providing a modern and functional aesthetic.

About the Architect:
John Hejduk was a prominent figure in architecture, closely associated with several influential groups such as the New York Five—comprising architects Peter Eisenman, Richard Meier, Michael Graves, and Charles Gwathmey. His early works are documented in Five Architects (1973). Hejduk was also part of the Texas Rangers, a group of innovative architects and professors at the University of Texas School of Architecture in Austin, which included notable participants like Colin Rowe and Werner Seligmann. -
