    Following the visual direction of the German and Austrian Jugendstil (Art Nouveau) movement by Riemersch and Olbrich - with important Arts & Crafts influences. This sculpted walnut armchair has curvilinear flair and slatted side arms. Original leather wrapped seat with painted metal studs repeated beautifully in the shaped back with classic Art Nouveau leather design. Pair of flared brass feet at front. Exceptional period armchair.
