A pair of antique Japanese, late Meiji period, silver wire enamel vases.
Each vase has an amphora shaped body and a fluted neck. The wares are enameled with a polychrome image of a pair of birds in sakura trees and blossoming flowers on the black ground made in the Cloisonne technique.

Unmarked. Circa: late 19th century Attributed to OTA
