Japanese Cloisonne Enamel Goldstone Pink Geometric Patterns Charger Plate

Description
An antique Japanese enamel over copper plate or charger. The interior of the plate is adorned with a polychrome enamel medallion with blossoming Chrysanthemum flowers on the light pink ground surrounded by reticulated and floral ornaments made in the Cloisonne technique. The borders are covered with polychrome enamel floral and foliate scroll ornaments made in the same technique. The backside is decorated with a swirl motif and an image of a flower in the center on the turquoise ground made in the same technique. Unmarked. 19th century
OVERALL GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION. SIGNS OF AGE AND WEAR. REFER TO PHOTOS.
