Description
A glamorous French Art Deco daybed in white muslin upholstery on ebonized plinth, circa 1930. The refined bench design shows good proportions and symmetry that is well suited to use in many rooms about the home: entryways, living areas, or bedrooms. Clean lines and tight upholstery over a dense foam are inviting and comfortable to lounge upon. Overall the design is luxurious and modern, characteristic of the Deco period, equally at home in contemporary or traditional environments.
