French Painted Console with White Marble Top
-
Description
An impressive Louis XVI style console from circa 1870 in a patinated aqua finish. The long and narrow white marble top surface is carved to protruding angles at the corners, following the lines of the apron, and finished with a routed corner along the edge. The wood base is hand carved with panels and medallions, transitioning to four tall and slender legs visually elongated by fluted carvings. A wonderful size and design, the breezy color feels light and fresh for any interior. Please view the detailed images.
