A long early Victorian rosewood stool, of rectangular form on four cabriole legs with brass castors, the frieze carved with openwork foliate scrolls, the drop-in seat reupholstered in deep-buttoned burgundy leather. English, circa 1850.

Wick Antiques was established by Charles Wallrock in the early 1980s. Having grown up in the Antiques world Charles developed an extensive wealth of knowledge.
