Philip and Kelvin LaVerne rare "Tao" game, dining, or center table with tabletop in patinated and acid-etched pewter and bronze with vibrant hand-painted polychrome enamels depicting a chinoiserie scene resting on gently curved legs with circular stretcher. This particular LaVerne table model is very rare in this size and with this table base. It is stunning and in excellent condition - preserved with hardly any wear on the table top with its vivid gorgeous patination and vibrant punch of colors.
Signed "Philip + Kelvin LaVerne" on tabletop with partial paper label "Tao Game Table" on underside.
