This unique Mid-Century Modernist Glass Top Side Table W/ Sculptural Bronze Base & Brass Fittings originates from France, Circa 1950. This table features a substantial glass top with elegant inwardly curving lines, attached to the frame by spherical brass fittings. The piece is supported by curved rectangular bronze elements, connecting beneath the table resembling the shape of the glass top, then curving to form legs with spherical brass fittings at the end of each bronze element. A well balanced and dynamic table, this piece will style beautifully in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors.
