This unique and sophisticated Pair of Mid-Century Modernist Studio Floor Lamps W/Adjustable Reflectors in Off-White Enamel W/Iron Bases originates from Italy, Circa 1970. They feature round bases formed in Iron with exposed nickel that give excellent weight and stability to the lamps. From the base rises a slender cylinder finished in off-white enamel from which the heads of the lamps extend and articulate, emerging from a curved nickel rod that inserts into a fitting on the cylindrical support. The heads of these Studio lamps feature barn-door style hinged reflectors, allowing one to adjust the direction and intensity of light emitting from the bulbs while adding a sophisticated sensibility to the lamps. A gorgeous pair that those with an appreciation for unique Mid-Century pieces will adore, these Floor Lamps will style beautifully in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. Newly rewired to American Standards, these lamps accommodate one Edison Based Bulb per lamp achieving up to 100 Watts of light. In Excellent Vintage Condition.
