French 19th Century Oak Farmhouse Table
-
Description
Dimensions: 30” H x 97 ¾” W x 28 ½” D
A narrow French antique farmhouse table–for dining or working–from Burgundy, circa 1880. The table is delightfully patinated from its former life as a work table at a farm or vineyard, a storied history that will be the perfect background and conversation starter when hosting friends or family for dinner. The proportions are more to European standard at a narrow depth for intimate gatherings and simple place settings. Four thick, tapered legs support the size, reinforced by iron brackets, with an apron clearance of 25”. Cleaned and polished with a French paste wax, this antique farm table is ready to join your interior. Please view the detailed images. -
