Description
This 18th-century Swedish Gustavian two-part cabinet, circa 1790, is a stunning example of the elegant simplicity that defines the Gustavian style. Crafted from pine, the cabinet features a painted finish in soft, neutral tones, enhancing its light and airy aesthetic while preserving its timeless charm.
The upper section includes two paneled doors with diamond-shaped motifs, a hallmark of Gustavian design, while the lower section mirrors this motif with two additional paneled doors. A graceful open shelf divides the two sections, adding visual interest and functionality.
