About Keith Haring :

Keith Haring (American 1958–1990) was an influential American artist known for his bold, graphic style and socially charged work. Emerging from New York's street art scene in the 1980s, Haring's art featured simple yet dynamic imagery, such as radiant babies, barking dogs, and dancing figures, often outlined in thick black lines and filled with vibrant colors. His work addressed pressing social issues, including AIDS awareness, LGBTQ+ rights, and anti-apartheid movements. Despite his untimely death from AIDS-related complications at age 31, Haring's legacy endures through his iconic art and the Keith Haring Foundation, which supports causes he championed during his life.
