Rare and exquisite "Tao" Tea Table in patinated and engraved bronze and pewter with vibrant hand-painted enamels in blue and pink with gold and copper leaf by Philip & Kelvin LaVerne, American 1960's (engraved “Philip Kelvin LaVerne” on side). The engraved scene on top is based on an ancient Chinese painting which explored the relationship between man and his surroundings. LaVerne Tea Tables are rare and highly sought after.
