Antique Bohemian porcelain group by Royal Dux
Bohemian, Early 20th Century
Height 50cm, width 24cm, depth 13cm
This delicate porcelain figural group depicts two lovers in a tender embrace. The maiden is fair haired and wears a dress which has fallen from her breast, and the hunter has two birds, the spoils of his hunt, across his back and a quiver of arrows at his waist. The base of the group is styled as naturalistic woodland floor and is marked to the underside with triangular seal of Royal Dux.
