Stunning 1960s walnut Mid-Century Modern floating desk. A remarkable statement of quality in design executed to last the test of time finely crafted with attention to detail. The absence of complicating lines is evident throughout the design, double drawer on the lower left, two drawers lower right. Center desk drawer with areas on each side for storage below the top surface drawers hosts generous cabinet spaces constructed with contrasting levels and a curved top leaving open air around all elements of the desk. Mainline Model from the Hooker Furniture Company as marked inside a drawer. This is a statement piece that defines that space around it – it will surely be a focal point.
