American Edwardian Classical sterling silver jewelry box, ca 1900. Heart-shaped with hinged cover. Ornament includes garlands and ribbon applied to sides and cover and well as three cartouches in crown and cornucopia surrounds. Regal and romantic. Interior velvet lined with fitted ring holders. Marked “Sterling / 166”. Very good condition. Velvet wear.
