Modern Classical sterling silver water pitcher. Globular bowl drum-form neck, small lip spout, and c-scroll handle. Twisted fluting on bowl and handle. Bold and dynamic ‘70s design—the 1870s, that is. Holds 4 1/2 pints. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pre-1875 pattern no. 3077, and director’s letter M (1873-91). Very good condition.
