    Unique Black Forest wall mirror from the late 19th century in Austria. Around 1880 this rustic wooden mirror has been elaborately hand carved out of basswood showing a very uncommon "tree branch" design. Slightly protruding corners impress with a unique radial carved design. The beautiful dark brown, nearly black looking surface completes the look of this rustic wooden wall mirror. A metal clamp on the backside makes wall mounting easy.
    Good - Refinished. Replacements made: * the mirror glass has been renewed during the restoration progress. Wear consistent with age and use.
