    18th CENTURY DELFT OCTAGONAL BALUSTER VASE IN THE CHINOISERIE TASTE CONVERTED TO A LAMP
    Large faience vase decorated in cobalt blue on a white ground with animals and figures in the Chinese style in various scenes on the surround. Lambrequins around the shoulders of the vase and fern designs in the chinoiserie taste around the base.
    The Netherlands, 18th century.
    Mounted with later gilt brass French mounts and converted to electricity for the UK.
    Shown with a 20" gathered smooth silk shade available separately.
