    Native American silver box. Rectangular with straight sides. Cover hinged; top gently curved with oval cabochon turquoise radiating leafing scrolls. Same on sides. Stippled ground and scalloped borders. Maker’s stamp for Fred Peshlakai (1896-1974), a Navajo silversmith active from the 1920s to 1950s. Very good condition.
