This striking Art Deco table, dating from the 1930s, epitomises the elegance and boldness of the period. The table itself is a perfect example of Art Deco’s lavish but structured aesthetic. The piece’s large, commanding presence makes an immediate impact, yet its sleek, elegant design ensures it remains visually balanced. The choice of Macassar ebony veneer as the primary material is particularly significant; this wood is prized for its dense, dark texture, and its dramatic, visibly pronounced grain pattern.
