This is a dining set from the “Basilian I” series, designed by Afra and Tobia Scarpa and produced by B&B Italia’s Compagnia Delle Filippine division in 1975. The set includes a rectangular table and four matching chairs, featuring a distinctive open-grid design in dark-stained rattan, giving it a bold, architectural presence. The geometric structure and craftsmanship reflect the Scarpa duo’s signature blend of modernist aesthetics with natural materials.
