Description
A Swedish, SMF Svenska Möbelfabriken Bodafors mahogany cabinet with fruitwood inlays, Circa 1940s, the overhanging rectangular top with rounded corners above two cupboard doors with fruitwood diamond stringing. the lower section with two fluted drawers raised on square tapered legs. Interior with two light mahogany shelves and two short drawers. Retailers label on verso: Ferdinand Lundquist Göteborg. The retailer was a high end shop in Göteborg. Started in 1864 and purchased in 1967 by NK (Nordiska Kompaniet)
