Art Nouveau glass vase with engraved silver overlay, ca 1900. Ovoid bowl with pinched shoulder and steeply turned down rim. Overlay in form of loose and distended flowerheads and whiplash stems and tendrils. Glass iridescent yellow. Pontil mark. Glass by Loetz. Silver has La Pierre maker’s stamp. Very good condition with nice shimmer and patina.
