Jacques Charles for Maison Charles Ogive nickel metal lamp 1965
-
Description
This beautiful nickel metal lamp, Ogive model, was designed by Jacques Charles for Maison Charles in 1965. This is arguably the most iconic Jacques Charles design, sculptural, and a true testimony of the Space Age era. The full structure is nickel metal plated, with solid metal all around, the lamp weighting about 35 pounds. This lamp has been fully restored, electrified, and is found in an amazing condition for a sixty years old piece. A truly rare find.
