Description
This is a monumental work of art by Bruce Mellet dated 1990 and titled "Kingsland Paintings (Black Series)". These are executed in oil on canvas. There are five large works displayed in a distinct order. They measure 84"H x 48" (end works), 84"H x 55.5"W, and 84"H x 70"W (center work). The paint is extremely smooth and is a dark brown vs. black. Each work carries the same deep brown color with a slightly complementary shade in a teal or eggplant color. Obviously, a large wall is needed for install. These paintings are impactful due to their scale and subtleness.

Measurements are for entire work with no spacing.
