A remarkable teak, mid-century King floating platform bed with nightstands, two storage drawers, by Skovby exceptional construction and style. Featuring a stunning pair of nightstands, each with a wide surface area for placement of articles, such as snacks, drinks and reading materials, and small drawer, above a spacious slide out tray and drawer. Under each side of the bed there are two separate spacious storage drawers on wheels offering ample space for bedding. The wood grain is naturally highlighted in a teak pattern throughout, with a rich teak tone. Attractive classic modernist quality and design piece for the modern home. An exceedingly well-crafted bed, this piece has been very well taken care of over the years, one that will certainly make a powerful impression on a clean and modern interior décor.
Condition Report: This bed is in good vintage condition, with very few signs of wear from use. Construction is strong and sturdy. The platform is in good structural condition. All pieces fit snugly together and are sturdy. This bed will come disassembled and will require 2 people to reassemble.
