Description
Edwardian Classical brilliant-cut glass basket with sterling silver mounts. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, ca 1910. Wide ovoid mouth and faceted and spread cylindrical bowl. Cut diaper, ferns, twisted flutes, scallops, and concentric rings. Reeded silver handle with applied ribbon-style leafing scrolls and double-sided leafing volute-scroll mounts. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern no. 16420, and director’s letter m. Very good condition.
