Description
George VI sterling silver box. Made by Garrard & Co. in London in 1947. Rectangular with straight sides. Cover flat, tabbed, and hinged. Sides have reeded wrapround bands. Cover top has grid with x-inset squares. Box interior cedar lined. Cover interior gilt washed. Fully marked including retailer’s stamp. Very good condition.
