This floor lamp was produced by Bergboms in Sweden in the late 1940s. The design is model G-31, as marked on the underside of the base.
It features a striking three-legged base that leads into a central tube, all crafted from matte brass with a beautiful natural patina. The central brass stem is wrapped in smooth, cognac-colored leather, adding to the piece’s refinement and showcasing its craftsmanship. It includes a brass bulb fittings and shade holder.
The wide, slightly tapered shade has been newly replaced with white linen fabric, which has a wonderful texture. It provides a soft, pleasant light distribution that enhances the overall atmosphere.
