Rare Wayne Husted for Blenko Tri-Color Glass Bowl Made in Italy 1958

Description
Designed and made in 1958, this bowl was only sold for one year. Total in circulation can probably be measured in the hundreds, and the amount left today is probably a fraction of that. Made by Blenko in Italy, Husted desiged a bowl which featured three petals, each in a different color glass. The quality is impeccable. The glass is thick and heavy, and the seams between the colors are strong and stable. This example also seems to sit a bit wider than other examples, making it more practical overall.
In very nice shape. Light marks around the base, obscuring the signature, which can be seen very faintly. You'll be very pleased with the way this bowl presents. - More Information
