French side table in the style of Retour d'Egypte from the 60s

Description
French side table from the second half of the 20th century. Furniture in the Retour D’Egypt style, veneered in thuja root, with beech elements, richly adorned with gilded and chiselled metal decorations. Top in marble of good size and service, ideal for displaying marble or bronze sculptures or vases with flowers. Side table of excellent proportions, good utility and pleasant decoration. Furniture resting on zoomorphic feet, the base is connected to the top via four columns with caryatid figures (see photo) typical of the French style. It has some small signs of aging, structurally sound and solid, overall in good condition.
