French 19th Century Louis Philippe Walnut Enfilade
-
Description
A classic 19th century French solid walnut Louis Philippe enfilade with the substantial presence to anchor any space. The expertise of the artisan is evident as beautiful construction that highlights the grain patterns; now two centuries of patina contribute an additional layer of texture to the planks. There are no drawers in the frieze, instead three paneled doors enclose a divided cabinet: the left and center doors represent one compartment whereas the right door reveals another. Two working locks share a key between them. Each interior shelf (one per side) is 18” deep. Elevated on block feet in with signature Louis Philippe profile. Cleaned and polished with a French paste wax, this antique enfilade is ready for your interior. Please view the detailed images.
