          Ferguson & Shamamian Architects was established in 1988 by Mark Ferguson and Oscar Shamamian and is led today by a team of Partners and Principals dedicated to creating residences with authenticity and character that contribute to the architectural fabric of the place in which they are built. Dedication to excellence and service to clients is at the core of the practice. Every project begins in partnership with their clients, interpreting their individual needs, lifestyle and dreams to inform the greater architectural idea. Their commitment to collaboration extends through their longstanding relationships with many of the country’s top interior designers, landscape architects, artisans and builders. The firm’s portfolio of city apartments, suburban houses and country estates illustrates a great diversity of location, scale, and architectural type in a variety of contexts and conditions.
