The open staircase of this townhouse now extends through a new glass conservatory onto a spacious deck with sweeping views of the city skyline. Elevated on a pedestal system above the roof, the deck used natural slate pavers to mimic area rugs which define areas for lounge, kitchen and dining. A full chef’s kitchen of marine grade appliances encourages sophisticated dining and entertaining on a large scale. Complementing the spacious lounge areas, a unique waterfall fireplace is enjoyed throughout the seasons.
