Built in the early 1930's this French-influenced home had fallen into disrepair. The original home, with approximately 5500 square feet, was not quite large enough to accommodate this family of 8. So during this renovation, an additional 4000 square feet was added to accommodate the needs of a busy family. Remaining true to the era, we opted for a more classic design approach including reclaimed French marble in the foyer and a mahogany paneled library. Refined elegance perfectly describes this home.
