One Manhattan Square
One Manhattan Square is a residential skyscraper project developed by Extell Development Company in the Two Bridges neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. Built from 2014 to 2019, it’s located on the lower east side of New York at the base of the Manhattan Bridge. This newly built 72-story residential skyscraper has panoramic views overlooking the East River, Brooklyn, Queens, New Jersey and Long Island. The locale is at the base of Chinatown where there are great hidden gems of old New York, and is positioned just across the river from the hottest spots on the Brooklyn waterfront. Jamie Bush + Co. was hired to design the largest model residence in the building -- a three bedroom, three and a half bath 2,400 s.f. penthouse.
