The fun twist on the Twelve Days of Christmas Show is that each dealer in the show will post one fresh piece each day, beginning on December 5th and running through December 16th.

An English Table Orrery

Late 18th century, probably London. Brass bone wood paper, H. 10.75  Diam. 23 inches;  
Overall 15.5 inches. A mechanical model of the Solar System with a brass sun, and Mercury, 
Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn and a hand operated geared brass mechanism mounted 
under the platter. The engraved paper indicates measurements with the latest date of 1787. 
The base has four acanthus-carved mahogany cabriole legs joined by stretchers. Price Upon Request
