PAD London is a fabulously eclectic fair, mixing 20th-century and contemporary design with artwork spanning all periods and genres. This year’s event is once again in a tent in Berkeley Square in the middle of London’s affluent Mayfair district. And once again the world’s leading art and design galleries are in attendance, among them Portuondo, 88 Gallery, Charles Burnand, Maison Parisienne, Nilufar Gallery, Modernity, Carpenters Workshop Gallery, Gallery Fumi, Mia Karlova Galerie, Sarah Myerscough Gallery, Opera Gallery, Priveekollektie and David Zwirner.

Now in its 16th year, the fair has the presence and confidence that grows with knowledge of its value and importance on the international stage. Dealers frequently reserve some of their most adventuresome and collectible material for the fair, eager to inspire and entice collectors, art consultants, museum curators, interior design specialists, design practitioners and the public. Here are some of this year’s highlights.
